Seeking Estimate for Vehicle Bumper Replacement

I'm looking for a mechanic who is both affordable and reliable to take a closer look at my vehicle. It runs perfectly fine, but due to another body shop taking it apart for an insurance estimate, I now have to tow it to a body shop to get it fixed. The vehicle was declared a total loss when the main issue was really just the bumper. I might be mistaken and was wondering if the mechanic could possibly do whatever must be done to have the vehicle up and running and later on begin to address any future issues that could occur with the vehicle.
