Need to know fair price for AC

I believe that the two parts of my existing AC (central) may need replacing. All ductwork, etc is in place.  Most of the system is in the attic with only the compressor outside. I know the coolant is about gone. The air handler seems weak.  The total system is 13 years old and I don’t think my father had it serviced very often.
