Need help to do weekly housekeeping NW DC

Clean bathrooms completely, make 2 beds and change linens, clean mirrors and glass, mop and clean floors, dust and wipe baseboards, clean surface appliances, clean inside microwave, dust and clean windowsills, vacuum hardwood and entire carpets, clean inside toaster oven, clean fingerprints on the walls, remove cobwebs, clean burners, scrub sinks, clean stove, remove trash, dust and polish,  furniture, clean cabinets, clean countertops, dust pictures and top of door frames.  2 or 3 loads of laundry.  This is a 2 bedroom apartment.
