I need someone to install a heating element in my Samsung dryer

2018 Samsung Dryer model DVE45N5300V/A3. The heating element went out on it 2 years ago and now it is acting the same way, so I went ahead and bought the part. I need someone to install it, or, diagnose and fix it if I'm wrong.
