gutters/ yard clean up and basic tree trimming

I have a few gutters I cannot reach. You'll need a 40' extension ladder to get to them.  Also I'd like to have a basic spring yard clean up and there are a few small trees that need some trimming back.  if you can bury and extend down spouts, that would be great too. Just trying to get my lawn to look nice this year and I need some help. thanks.
