Install a car radio in a 1993 Honda Accord

The radio in my 1993 Honda coupe finally died, so I've bought a low cost Crutchfield replacement and need some help installing it in the car.   I've got the basic wiring done, but I need help eliminating the engine noise that's now coming through the speakers.  I've tried grounding the new radio to the car frame, but that hasn't seemed to help.
