I need someone who’s skilled in woodworking

I have a bourbon barrel that I’d like to convert to a bourbon shelf for my husband. Table top with 2 shelves. Possibly bottom shelf ‘lazy Susan’ style. LED remote lights inside as well. Needs to be done by mid March.
