Contractor needed

I'm looking for a contractor to reprogram our ceiling fan + remote in our family room, fix another ceiling fan, and do some other minor work around the house. Must also be able to do some small plumbing work. We have a high ceiling (20ft+). So, they'll need a tall ladder.
