Barn Roof Replacement - New Metal Roof
I have a shingled barn, 24 ft x 36 ft, that has a few minor leaks and I would like to replace it with a metal roof. The front section, 24 ft x 22 ft, has a 10/12 sloped roof, and the rear section add-on, 24 ft x 14 ft, has a shallow sloped roof. The plywood base is in good condition. The new metal roof should have hidden fasteners, black color, minimum 24 gauge, and have snow guard on the two steep sloped sides. If available, I would prefer a textured finish vs. a smooth, shiny finish. I have calculated 1109 sq ft of metal surface would be required (subject to vendor verification) which does not allow for any waste. Photos available.
I also have a small pool shed that I would like resurfaced at the same time with metal roofing. Estimated about 100 sq ft of surface area. To be discussed with vendor.
