I need a local handyman to paint my townhouse shutters and front porch railing

The front shutters of my home are in need of painting as well as the black metal railing on my front porch and steps.  My HOA has a list of approved colors by McCormick Paints so I can either supply the paint or tell you which one to use, whatever's convenient.
