Water Ditch Repair

Behind house, waterway runs and is getting trapped and flooding.  Currently we dig up to keep water moving, the pipe allowed water but trapped trash from grocery store.  Would like to have  large piping to allow for flow of water and trash that comes from grocery store to move through.
