House manager - 4 days/week

I am looking for someone to work as a part-time hourly house manager in Eldersburg, Maryland. The role is seperate from the housekeeper who deep cleans. I am looking to pay an hourly rate of $20/hour, we can detetmine schedule from there. Primary tasks include:Taking care of the house daily. Laundry, tidy up each day, grocery shopping as needed, meal prep as needed, make the bed, change sheets, and other errands as needed. The idea is that this person takes ownership of the house and manages it. Also looking for assistance in: Packing luggage for trips, booking travel, confirming that rides are set up by using Uber to schedule, etc.
