In Need of Regular Household Cleaning / Maid Services

Hello, I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 story + 1 Den (1400 Sq ft) penthouse apartment and I'm looking to find cleaning services to include; Mopping/cleaning/vacuuming all floors and the steps (both floors) Dust shelves, furniture, and surfaces in all rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms, on both floors (sometimes) fold clothes/load/reload the dishwasher and put dishes away Disinfect/clean bathrooms, bathroom surfaces, toilets and showers Clean around litterboxes etc.  Cleanout refrigerator, clean surfaces in kitchen (stove and microwave) take the trash to trash shoot at the end of the hall Could you let me know if you provide these services, the supplies you would bring, any reviews, and cost estimate for my type of unit?  Thank you so much!  Looking forward to hearing from you.  The Photo is similar but not precise layout to my unit.  Michael
