I need 2 custom cushions for a dining banquette. I will supply the material

I need 2 custom cushions for a dining banquette. I will supply the fabric, if you can source the foam and padding, as well as matching zippers.  This includes double piping and zippers the length of the cushion. The dimensions are 18"X3"X48" and 18"X3"X54".   Please send sample pictures of your work.  Thanks!
