Replace weather stripping around windows and power wash below gutter

I need to place the weather stripping around a couple of windows of my 3 story townhome. One is located on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd floor. I also need to power wash below gutters on the 3rd floor. Attached images show the work that needs to be done
