Clean 12'x7' residential pond

The basic tasks of cleaning a pond are to drain the pond, preserving the fish in a nearby container, clean the pond liner of any leaves or muck sticking to it, refill the pond with a combo of existing and new water, and replace fish. I would like to hire someone who has cleaned a pond before and has the equipment to do it fairly quickly. Needs to be done within the next two weeks but I am pretty flexible with date or time of day.
