I need a licensed contractor who can paint, and install carpet, who has access to a 10 yd dumpster and replace stairs to an attic.

Looking for a licensed contractor to install carpet, spackle/paint my house, provide or arrange a 10-yard dumpster, and possibly install attic steps. Dealing with fire damage, so contractor must be licensed in this case. Hoping to start the project in the next 15 days pending estimates and paperwork with the homeowners company. Thanks!
